Presenting a Model of Educational Layout Policy Based on Behavioral Approach in Skills Training in Iran:A Qualitative Study

This research has been conducted with the aim of identifying the dimensions and components of educational policymaking based on behavioral approach and providing a suitable model in order to improve the current situation. The present study was applied in terms of the type of qualitative data and in terms of research method of Background Theory (Grand Theory). Participants in this study were based on the theory and principle of theoretical saturation, including 14 experts and experts available in the field of educational policymaking based on behavioral approach. who were selected by purposeful sampling. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA2018 software in three stages of open coding, central coding and selective coding. Data validation was done using the verification method by the contributors. Based on the findings of the research, the dimensions and components of model of educational layout policy based on behavioral approach in the field of skill training in 6 categories including central phenomenon (educational layout policy based on behavioral approach), causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening factor, strategies and consequences and results were identified. Providing a suitable model and providing conditions can improve the effectiveness of policy-making training policies based on behavioral approach by policymakers for the country's educational system. It also showed the need for further studies to design a model of educational policymaking based on behavioral approach in the field of skills training in Iran.
