Comparison of the effectiveness of acceptance of acceptance and commitment to marital satisfaction with cognitive fault mechanisms and values
The purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of acceptance of acceptance and commitment of marital satisfaction with cognitive fault mechanisms and moderating role of personality traits. The research method was experimental with pretest-posttest design with control group. From the statistical population of the married counseling centers of Tehran counseling centers, 45 people were selected as a research sample and were randomly divided into three groups of two groups (15) and control group (15). The research questionnaires included marital satisfaction (Enrich, 1989) and personality traits (Neo, 1998). The treatment and commitment treatment for 12 sessions were held for experimental groups, but the control group did not receive any training. In this way, research data were collected and analyzed using covariance. Post-test results showed an increase in marital satisfaction with the experimental group, and the results showed that acceptance and commitment treatment for marital satisfaction with the role of moderating character had a significant effect (P ≤ 0.05). Therefore, the method of accepting and commitment to improve marital life can be used and a fault technique. The reason why the cognitive fault technique in marital satisfaction was effective. Mahlin could see their thoughts separately and know that they are separate from their thoughts and can change it.
