resilience of key buildings in Hamadan against floods using LISREL structural equation modeling
In this research, in order to achieve the model of resilience of important buildings against floods, first the assets of the city are identified using criteria and sub-criteria of leveling and are located in the GIS context. Then, with the help of Hec RAS software, river flow was modeled And intervals that do not have flood capacity were identified And was specified in GIS software And by adapting both layers of vulnerable centers of gravity, the resilience components of the building are calculated Vulnerable have been identified Using structural factor analysis model and LISREL modeling software, it was determined that the components (adaptation-flexibility, connection of failure-safe feedback, dependence on environmental ecosystems, diversity, learning-memory-prediction, performance, response speed, component redundancy Classification, planning, strength) as a variable affecting the resilience of the building in flood After modeling the resilience of buildings, the resilience of buildings was scored using TOPSIS, AHP method and determining the positive ideal and the negative ideal solution; It was found that the highest positive ideal value is related to the equilibrium redundancy index with potential cascade effects, which is equal to 0.257, and the lowest negative ideal value is related to the stress resistance index, which is equal to 0.02
