The role of Non-state armed actors in the policies of Iran, Turkey and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East

Abstract:
Since the outbreak of popular protests in the Middle East in 2011 t,he role of non-state armed actors in Middle East policy making has increased. Systemic variables such as international anarchy, centrality, relative power distribution and uncertainty about the intentions and intentions of others and their reflection in the interactive patterns of regional actors, the necessary motivations for security and enhancement through group They create non-governmental organizations. The main question of the present article is what is the nature and characteristics of Middle East policy in the use of non-governmental armed actors? The findings indicate that the paramilitary actors have a special place in the confrontation pattern of Turkey, Iran and Saudi Arabia due to the turmoil in the Middle East and the spread of proxy war, and finally step on the foreign policy orbit of their supporting power. The article is of explanatory type and the required information is collected by library method and referring to valid internet sources.
