The role of technology management on the performance of the organization based on the perspective of innovation and product quality

Nowadays, paying attention to technology and its management is very important for companies so that they can achieve higher performance for themselves. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of technology management on organizational performance based on the perspective of innovation and quality. The statistical population of the present study includes the employees of knowledge-based companies based in Tehran. According to Morgan table and simple random sampling method, 135 employees of these companies were selected as the sample size. Data collection was performed using standard questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using tests of significance coefficients and path coefficients in PLS software. The results indicate that technology management has a positive and significant effect on product quality, process innovation and product innovation.
