Assessing the level of awareness of citizenship rights and its dimensions (Case study: Five Regions of Urmia)
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of awareness of citizenship rights and its dimensions in the five regions of Urmia. The research method of the present study is descriptive-analytical in nature and applied in terms of purpose. The sources and information used in this research are in the form of libraries and field surveys. In this research, civil, political, social, cultural and sexual dimensions have been studied. The statistical population of this study is the residents of 5 Regions of Urmia. To determine the sample size, the Cochran's formula was used and the sample size was 384. Sampling in this study is random. Data analysis has been done both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study show that in general, the level of awareness of people living in the five districts of Urmia in civil, political, social, cultural and sexual dimensions are 1.94, 2.47, 2.43, 2.69 and 3.75, respectively Which The lowest is the civil dimension and the highest is the sexual dimension. According to the Mann-Whitney U test, men are more aware of citizenship rights than women. According to the results of Spearman test, the variable of education has an Average direct relationship, the variable of job has a weak direct relationship and the variable of age has a weak relationship with awareness of citizenship rights. Finally, according to the results of Friedman test, the strategy of teaching civil rights in Social media was ranked first.
