Analysis of Challenges the of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1392 in respect of Officers of Justice
Officers of Justice as arms of the judiciary has important role in the access to criminal justice and reach to efficient and favorable criminal system. Duties of Officers of Justice are determined in of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1392 and has taken great strides in this direction. Qualifying as an office, determining sanctions for violations of the law and obligation of them to respect the rights of citizens, are among the positive developments. In addition to these developments, there are challenges and limitations in this law that determining people police and urgent helps from police and not predicting of mediation by police are among them. This article examines and assess developments and innovations and challenges and weaknesses of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1392 in connection with the judiciary officers.
