The Study of Relationship between Risk of Investment and Attitude to Investment (Comparing East and West Azerbaijan)

Both East and West Azerbaijan provinces having similarities in demographic, cultural, geographical, historical, economic, and industrial areas;They have some differences in some aspects. Such as risk of investment and attitude to investment. This article aims to determine the amount of risk of investment in both provinces and intends to analyze the impact of This variable on the attitude to investment. Methodology of the research was survey, and the study population included all active private company executives with a number of 12206 (until September 1390) in two provinces of East and West Azerbaijan. 373 companies have selected through Cochran formula and the cluster sampling method was used for selecting samples. The results showed that the relationship between risk of investment and attitude to investment is significant. This shows that if the risk of investment decline, attitude to investment will increase in both provinces. The difference of these two variables is statistically significant in the two provinces. Also, differences in the means of these both variables are significant.
