The Impact of Communication Skills and the Application of Information Technology on the Organizational Attitude of Physical Education Faculty Members and Invited Instructors of Sama Schools
The purpose of this study is the effect of communication skills and application of information technology on the organizational attitude of faculty members and physical education guests of Sama schools. The methodology of this study was descriptive and in terms of survey strategy and it was a causal research that was conducted in the field. The statistical sample of the faculty is equal to the statistical population (60 persons) and 250 invited teachers were selected using cluster sampling and Morgan table. The standard questionnaires of communication were Communication Skills Questionnaire) Barton J. , 2006), Information Technology Application (Qassemi & Co, 2012), Job Satisfaction (Susan, 2003), and Organizational Commitment (Lina et al., 2007). Reliability of Cronbach's alpha coefficient method for each of the questionnaires were 0.84, 0.73 and / 84, respectively. And was calculated to be 0.88. Factor analysis and structural equations and LISREL software were used to analyze the data. The results show that communication skills have a positive and significant effect on organizational attitude by explaining the mediating role of information technology. The coefficient of significance of communication skills on organizational attitude, communication skills on information technology and information technology on organizational attitude are 5.40 and 92.92, respectively. It was 10 and 8.82 and the average level of communication skills, verbal skills, listening skills, feedback skills, level of information technology application of formal and invited faculty members of Sama schools in the country is not significantly different from the average natural distribution. Also, verbal communication skills, listening and feedback have a positive and significant effect on organizational attitudes by explaining the role of information technology. The overall outcome of the study showed that if communication skills are combined with the benefits of using information technology, it can be increasingly effective in the process of orienting the organizational attitude of members of the organization. Therefore, it is suggested to the managers of the organization to facilitate and accelerate the change of organizational attitude of the members, in addition to holding retraining courses and strengthening communication skills, to create infrastructure related to information technology.
