Individual Criminal Justice
Individual criminal justice means paying attention to the characteristics and characteristics of the perpetrators, in order to fit the social reactions with them. The idea that the product of the concept of justice on the one hand, and the entry of positive science to criminal law on the other, has changed the legal systems of many countries since the early twentieth century. Applying social responses that were applied before the crime was committed, Zayn then is being imposed in accordance with the personality and status of the accused and the offenders in line with the principle of individualization and with the aim of reformation and treatment. In this paper, after examining the foundations of the emergence of individual criminal justice, we will show the reflection of the principle of individualization by studying some criminal laws in our country's legal system and, finally, will address the challenges this criminal justice faces
