Abstract:

Rights have always been alongside the economy and, in essence, have continued with the economy in life in human life. Many legal concepts have been shaped by economic attitudes. In this regard, a new branch in the field of law is entitled Economic Analysis of Law or Attitudes Economic rights have been created. Rights also play a role in trade and economics. Trade and economics are sometimes put in one sense; it can not easily be passed after the impact of commercial laws on the economy (and vice versa). In general, today, the international community is pushing for the unification of legal rules by taking advantage of the economic outlook. But the economic viewpoint of the right to the law, regardless of its effects, can have some problems in the future. In this paper, on the relationship between law and economics, the impact of economic attitudes on rights, a brief mention of the importance of business and business laws in the economy and in the end The need for economics to harmonize legal regulations in order to achieve economic development in the global economy.
