Analyzing the US presence in Asia from the perspective of solidarity law Investigating drone strikes in Pakistan

The internationalization of human rights advocacy has emphasized global solidarity in the form of solidarity rights. The realization of the principles of solidarity law requires the efforts of the factors of social life to analyze and eliminate the roots of the violation of the rights of victims. The United States, as one of the claimants of human rights, believes that it has always used drone strikes to achieve human rights; Because these attacks lead to the weakening of terrorism. Now the main question of the research is what is the main goal of the United States in using UAVs in Pakistan? And whether these attacks have maintained and strengthened the rights of solidarity in the region, especially in Pakistan? Contrary to US claims, the findings show that terrorist attacks in Pakistan have increased as drone strikes increase, and political and military considerations such as spying on strategic areas in Southwest Asia, updating drone combat technologies in the FATA area and strengthening the military presence. Is one of the main American strategies in using drones. Therefore, as long as these strategies remain important, violations of the rights of solidarity with the residents of the FATA region will continue. The approach of the present research is analytical, its type, theoretical development, qualitative data analysis method and data collection method are documentary.
