Abstract:
The collection "Ajvibah al-Masāil al-Mahnāiyah" is one of the jurisprudential collections that includes the questions of Mahnā Ibn Sanān ‘Alavī Hosseini and the answers of ‘Allāmah Ḥillī to these questions. In the present article, the author has researched the type of questions and answers in the mentioned jurisprudential collection and has briefly spoken about the social and civil questions of this collection.
