A Comparison of Student Satisfaction with the website of Tourism Faculty at University of Science and Culture and; the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at Islamic Azad University of Tehran, Central BranchThe aim of this research is to compare the level of student satisfaction with the website of Tourism Faculty at University of Science and Culture; and the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at Islamic Azad University of Tehran, Central Branch. The present study is a practical survey and has adopted a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the Spearman’s correlation test, binominal test and the Mann-Whitney test for data analysis. For this purpose, 165 students from the Faculty of Tourism and 278 students from the Faculty of Communication and Media participated at this particular study. The population includes students studying in the second semester, 1394. The results indicate that the rate of students’ cognition; the students’ satisfaction from delivered services; the extent of the factor accessibility of students; the updated data, and finally students’ proficiency in utilizing capabilities of the website of Faculty of Communication is higher than Faculty of Tourism.
