Identify the dimensions of the education of school managers and provide the desired model : a mixed
purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions of school principals' training by using a mixed approach and presenting a desirable model. The methodology of the study is mixed in nature (qualitative and quantitative) in terms of purpose and applied in terms of purpose. Twenty people were selected through purposive sampling and statistical population in quantitative section 5404 managers Education and training schools were Lorestan province. Based on Cochran sampling formula, 360 people were randomly selected from each region of education. The data were collected through qualitative semi-structured interviews and a quantitative researcher-made questionnaire. Its validity was obtained through exploratory factor analysis and its reliability was 0.795 for the whole questionnaire. Qualitative data analysis was performed using Strauss and Corbin method and quantitative data analysis was performed using AMOS software. Results showed that 5 out of 17 identified categories were removed from the model and the final model with 12 categorie s was estimated and approved. Introduction Today, all experts confirm the attention to human resources as the main pillar of organizations. In order to achieve increasing development, it is very important to pay attention to the training of human resources, especially managers of an organization in its efficiency and effectiveness. On the other hand, explicit response to current threats and opportunities, Accordingly, the need of organizations for qualified managers has become more apparent. Therefore, research on training managers in their efficiency and effectiveness is essential (MirHoseini et al, 2015).
