The role of social capital on employment security (Case Study: Graduates of Azad University of Rasht)
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of social capital on the employment security of graduate students at Rasht University of Azad University. In this regard, this research was descriptive correlational and in terms of field data collection. The statistical population of the study was people who found their job from social networks. The sample size was determined by the Unlimited Cochran formula for 264 people. In this research, stratified random sampling was used. Data were analyzed using SPSS22 and SMART PLS2 software. Findings showed that individual social capital had an impact on salary, job placement and job satisfaction. Also, family social capital affected salary and job satisfaction, but did not affect job placement. The findings also showed that using social networks influences salary, job placement and job satisfaction. Also, personal and family social capital, through the use of social networks, affects salary, job placement and job satisfaction.
