Investigating the level of security of tourists in the coastal cities of Bushehr province and its impact on the development of coastal tourism
Humans need the environment to provide them with the conditions for peace and relaxation in order to spend their leisure and recreation and to meet their spiritual and personal needs. In this regard, security is very important. The aim of this study is to measure the level of security and comfort of domestic tourists in the coastal city of Genaveh.
The research method of the present research is descriptive-analytical based on survey method. The statistical population of the study area, including domestic tourists who traveled to Bushehr province in the winter of 1398 and stayed in this city for a week, during which researchers were able to collect 228 questionnaires. The reliability of the data used by Cronbach's test is calculated to be 0.745. Pearson and Spearman correlation statistical tests, T-sample sampling, and step-by-step regression were used to analyze the data.
The results show that the level of education, age, literacy, marital status, income, the role of law enforcement and the media have greatly affected the sense of social security of urban tourists, among others. The physical condition of the host city has had the least impact on tourists in coastal cities in Bushehr province. Also, 47.7% of tourists were satisfied with social security in the coastal areas of Bushehr province and 18.7% were dissatisfied. In total, more than 80 percent of respondents believe that they will visit the province and its coastal areas again at the right time.
