Investigating the role of knowledge sharing on organizational agility of Mazandaran police command staff
The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of knowledge sharing on organizational agility of employees. This research has been done with a descriptive correlational approach through the distribution of 223 questionnaires among the staff of the Mazandaran Police Command. To collect research data, the standard questionnaire of knowledge sharing Chang et al. (2013) and the standard questionnaire of organizational agility of Zhang and Sharifi (2000) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by respected professors and its reliability was obtained using Cronbach's alpha formula for knowledge sharing questionnaire 0.78 and organizational agility questionnaire 0.88, respectively. Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical test, correlation test, regression test and Friedman test were used to analyze the data using SPSS software. Findings show that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge sharing on organizational agility. In other words, knowledge sharing can increase organizational agility. Also, the dimensions of knowledge sharing, except the sharing of individual knowledge and encouraging learning motivation, have a positive and significant effect on organizational agility. The fifth test based on Friedman test shows that the sharing of individual knowledge with a coefficient of 2.04 is in the first priority, therefore it has the greatest effect on organizational agility and further encouraging learning motivation with a coefficient of 2.00 in the second priority and sharing learning opportunities With a coefficient of 1.96, it is in the third and final rank, as a result, it has the least effect on organizational agility in NAJA.
