Explain crisis management in organizational structure based on behavioral patterns
Crisis management is a systematic and comprehensive approach that is based on sufficient knowledge and awareness of the conditions, capabilities and weaknesses in organizations is affected. It is important to plan for accurate organizational readiness. Therefore, recognizing these conditions and crises as accurately as possible and using useful methods to prevent, control or neutralize crises is an important part of the crisis management process. The purpose of this study was to explain crisis management in an organizational structure based on behavioral patterns. The research method is descriptive in the type of document review in 2021, which is a library of books, articles and related research in domestic indexes. The results showed that this study showed that behavioral patterns can determine provide the level of crisis management in organizations so that the creation of more losses or the possibility of creating opportunities for progress from the crisis can be provided for organizations in the created crises.
