The relationship between organizational performance and knowledge of English passport office staff, police officers feta and city police task force Bushehr
The present study determined to investigate the relationship between NAJA staff's organizational performance and their English language proficiency in Bushehr. The study was carried out among the staff of passport office and FATA police and duty officers. The participants were 93 people. The study was operational, descriptive and correlational. The organizational performance questionnaire and Oxford placement test were applied in order to gather data. Then, by analyzing inferential statistics and using Pearson coefficient test, the relationship between the variables in each hypothesis was investigated. The following results were obtained: there was a meaningful roughly strong positive relationship (R= .75) between passport office and FATA police staff's organizational performance and their English language proficiency, and the relationship between duty officers' organizational performance and their English language proficiency was not meaningful. Therefore, by discovering such results, a manager or boss can take decision on his/her staff's positions more consciously in an organization and brings about language training period where it is needed.
