Analysis of the economic role of the border on the stability of the surrounding areas (Case study: rural district of Mirjaveh)
Today, rural settlements along the border are considered as important and strategic areas to reduce border problems, which if organized in a scientific and logical way, will be very effective in controlling border areas and problems (economic, social, etc.), this Areas are minimized. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to analyze the economic role of the border on the stability of the surrounding areas (case study: rural district of Mirjaveh). The present research is descriptive-analytical in terms of research method and quantitative in terms of nature and applied in terms of purpose. It is a data collection tool (library and field (interview and questionnaire). For data analysis, SPSS software and WASPAS model have been used. The statistical population includes the residents of Mirjavah rural areas, which according to the 2016 census, (34,156 people), which based on random sampling and using Cochran's formula, 380 people were selected as the sample population. The results of Spearman correlation test showed a significant and positive relationship between the economic role of the border and the dimensions of sustainability in rural areas of Mirjaveh city. In the social dimension, increasing job motivation, in the physical dimension, road quality and in the environmental dimension, environmental health, have the highest rate of development. Finally, the results of spatial analysis of rural areas in order to determine their impact on the economic role of the border with emphasis on the dimensions of sustainability, using the WASPAS model showed that in all economic, social, physical and environmental dimensions, rural (Homeh) the highest rank, dedicated to himself.
