Investigating the Effect of Implementing the Protection Ambassador Plan on Reducing Employees' Crime
Paying attention to the protection and honesty of employees in any organization is one of the supervisory priorities of managers. In this regard, the General Inspectorate of NAJA has issued an executive instruction on the "Plan of Ambassadors for Protection". Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of implementing this plan on reducing employees’ crimes in Fars police command center.
This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of research method. The statistical population includes the employees of Payvar in eleven cities of Fars province. The sample size was 275 based on Morgan table and random sampling method. The research instrument included a researcher-made questionnaire that after evaluating the validity (by professors and experts) and its reliability using Cronbach's alpha number 0.92 was reached.
The results were analyzed using Pearson correlation test and it was found that making protection ambassadors classes purposeful, quality of implementing training by the group of protection ambassadors, their presence in remote units and establishing close relations with employees will reduce staff crimes and this effect and vice versa.
The implementation of the plan of the ambassador of protection of Fars police command center at the reaction levels has had a positive effect and by relying on purposefulness and improving quality levels and training methods, desirable effects can be expected from the implementation of this plan in the future.
