Designing a model of political behavior in government organizations
Political behavior is one of the components of government organizations. These behaviors cause administrative divisions and losses that reduce organizational productivity; Therefore, awareness of the factors affecting political behavior in government organizations has led to the absence of challenges and limiting these behaviors has an important role; Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to design a model of political behavior in government organizations. In this review study, about 25 domestic and foreign articles were reviewed and analyzed. The results showed that both individual and organizational backgrounds can lead to political behavior. Lack of resources creates policy. When resources such as monetary incentives or promotions are limited, people find the organization more political. Any ambiguity can lead to more organizational policies. Also, political behaviors are informal, informal, and sometimes behind-the-scenes attempts to sell ideas, influence the organization, increase power, or achieve other strategic goals
