Identification and leveling of underlying barriers to green human resource management in the Social Security Organization of Guilan Province
Organizations face obstacles and challenges in establishing a human resource management system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify barriers to the establishment of green human resource management and classify them according to the three-pronged model in the Social Security Organization of Guilan Province and to determine and level these barriers. The research method is descriptive and the statistical population of the study is academic experts, senior managers and experts of the Social Security Organization of Guilan Province in which 15 people were selected as a statistical sample. The method of data collection is library and field, and the data collection tool is structured interviews with experts and completing a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was measured by form and content with index (CVR) and the reliability was confirmed by experts and university professors. The three-pronged model was used to classify the factors and the interpretive structural technique was used to level the factors. Structural-interpretive technique was used for leveling.
