Investigating the effect of knowledge management enablers on organizational performance through the process of knowledge management, intellectual capital and innovation (Case study: Vocational technical colleges of Guilan province)
The development of vocational technical education in developing countries is important and technical and vocational colleges should provide knowledge-based programs and focus on innovation to improve the performance of the organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of knowledge management empowerment on organizational performance through the process of knowledge management, intellectual capital and innovation of vocational technical colleges in Guilan province. This research is applied based on the type of purpose and in terms of implementation, it is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of this research was 150 employees of vocational technical colleges in Guilan province, of which 107 people were obtained as a sample through the Cochran's formula for the community. Structural equations from SPSS and PLS software were used to analyze the data. The hypotheses presented in the research were 95% significant at the level of reliability that enable knowledge management on knowledge management process, knowledge management process on organizational performance, intellectual capital and innovation. There is a significant relationship between organizational performance, knowledge management process and organizational performance through intellectual capital and knowledge management process with organizational performance through innovation in vocational technical colleges of Guilan province.
