Identification and Analysis of Effective Factors in the Effectiveness of Technical and Skill Training
This study aimed at identifying and analyzing those factors affecting Engineering training efficiency within forces organizations. In three levels of individual, training and organizational levels. This research is of applied kind performed through explanatory- correlation method. The statistic population includes 283 Supervisors who received skill- based trainings in 2018. The sample mass was determined based on Morgan- Kerjesi table and tests were selected for random sampling. Data collection instruments and questionnaire have been realized that justified in five pointed Likert scale. The questionnaire stability was tested by Chronbach’s alpha which equals to 0.86. Experts’ agreement method has been applied in order to test questionnaire justifiability. Explanative statistics including average, index, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and statistical analysis have been used. Results indicate that individual, training and organizational factors have specified in all 69% of total variance which in turn representing their high effects on Engineering training efficiency.
