Abstract:
The aim of this study was to present a model to Recruitment and Supply system for Professional Manpower in Education. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative In the qualitative dimension the foundation data method and in the quantitative dimension, a descriptive survey method was used. The statistical population of the qualitative section were university specialists and experts, human resources consultants and senior education directors of Hormozgan province, and the statistical population in the quantitative section included teachers working in education in Hormozgan province that were13228.sampling method in the targeted quality section and in the random quantitative section, that were 386 people selected as statistical samples for the study. To determine the desired sample size in the qualitative section, the law of Theoretical saturation of (14 people) was used and in the quantitative section, the Cochran's formula was use.The data collection tools were semi-structured in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative part of the researcher-made questionnaire extracted from the interview. Data analysis in the qualitative section using coding (selective, axial and open) and in a quantitative part of structural modeling in PLS software was done. The results showed that the professional Manpower recruitment and supply system model in education includes the axial component of professional competence (ethical, scientific) which is influenced by causal factors (individual, organizational and meta-organizational), background factors (structural and Value) and environmental factors (internal and external). the Axial component of the model Significant impact to has strategies (micro and macro), Ultimately, the consequences of these strategies Three levels Individual, organizational and extra-organizational occur.
