Identifying the causes of trauma in organizations based on the synthesis of internal studies of organizational trauma

Abstract:

Organizational trauma has recently been considered in the field of organization and management. Organizational trauma is the traumas, injuries, shocks, and injuries inflicted on the organization and its pillars. Since the phenomenon of trauma is not limited to a specific organization and covers all organizational and work environments, it is necessary for researchers to regard it with a special and serious look. In this regard, the causes of organizational trauma must first be identified. For this purpose, the present study has been done qualitatively and using the synthesis research method. The research population includes all kinds of research conducted in Iran about organizational trauma and the studied samples are also articles with scientific-research rank published in internal databases from 2011 to 2020. Findings showed that the conceptual model of research includes 5 general dimensions of individual, organizational, environmental, technical factors, and separable goals. Policymakers and managers of organizations can use the obtained model to think of measures to manage the phenomenon of trauma.Organizational trauma has recently been considered in the field of organization and management.
