The role of human resource management in the performance of the organization
The employees of any organization are considered as its most valuable assets and their performance has a great impact on moving towards the goals and fulfilling the mission of the organization. In this regard, human resource management, with tasks such as attracting, retaining, training and promoting capable human resources, plays a very important role in this field. In this review study, which was conducted in 1400, the articles indexed in the databases of SID, Magiran, Iranodac, and Google Scholar were used. The collection of articles reviewed included 40 articles, and in the search for articles, the keywords used included the following keywords: human resource management, performance management, staff, productivity. Articles with an unspecified sample size, articles in which the implementation method was not well defined were removed from the study process. Articles whose full text was not available were also excluded from the study. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management programs correctly, in addition to achieving effectiveness and increasing efficiency in the organization, create job satisfaction, commitment and organizational loyalty in employees and ultimately the organization is successful in achieving its strategic goals.
