Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of commercial credit on stock price concurrency. In order to achieve this goal, two hypotheses were developed to test these hypotheses using a systematic elimination method, a sample of 163 companies from listed companies. Tehran Stock Exchange was selected during the years 1390 to 1397 and multivariate regression model was used by cross-sectional data method, also Eviews9 software was used for statistical analysis. The results of research hypotheses show that companies with high commercial credit relative to assets have high stock price concurrency and competition in the product market has a significant effect on the relationship between commercial credit to assets and stock price concurrency. It indicates that companies with high commercial credit to sales do not have high stock price concurrence and competition in the product market has a significant effect on the relationship between commercial credit to sales and stock price concurrency.
