Gender justice desired by thinkers of the constitutional era
In this article, in a historical method, with the help of John Rawls' theories on the subject of justice, we have tried to understand the definition of gender justice and the existing categories of these definitions among the thinkers of the constitutional era. More than 30 of these thinkers were studied, through all the documents left by them; In the four groups of traditional legislators, legislators with an adaptive look, religious democrats, and secular progressives. In line with this classification, a range of their views were presented: from the most traditional view of gender justice to its most modern form. All members of this range have always been present in the scene of social conflict; And in each period, a part of this range has been highlighted depending on the circumstances, and has been able to gain more power and theoretical dominance.
