Introducing a model for empowering home-based businesses under the support of Qom Construction Basij

Despite the importance of home-based businesses as one of the most important key strategies for job creation in most countries, these types of businesses still face many obstacles and challenges, and empowering these businesses is essential to meet such challenges. Nevertheless, there is still a deep research gap in the field of challenges and factors affecting the empowerment of home businesses in studies in this field. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to provide a model for empowering home businesses under the auspices of Qom Construction Basij. The approach of the present research is qualitative, in terms of purpose, applied and in terms of nature and method, exploratory. The statistical population of this research consists of activists, specialists and experts in the field of home business, especially those who have written and researched in this field or are directly involved in home business. It reached the saturation stage with the 14th person. In this study, semi-structured interviews were used to collect data and content analysis was used to analyze the findings. The learning theme is labeled "dynamic multiple amplification". The results show that the most important tools for home business development include creating permanent markets, providing specialized and targeted training, having a business plan, forming specialized organizations and providing low-cost and easy facilities.
