Investigating the Role of Effective Interaction Methods in the Development of Human Relations of Nahavand School Staff

Every human being needs to interact with others. Man is a social being and one of its characteristics is living with and interacting with others. Interacting with others is a necessity. Human interaction studies the behavior of human beings in the organization with others in order to ultimately improve the results of the organization. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between interaction methods with the development of human relations of Nahavand employees. This research was descriptive-correlative in terms of type, cross-sectional in terms of time, practical in terms of nature and broad in terms of scope. The statistical population of this study was all employees of Nahavand city. The statistical population of the study is all employees of schools in Nahavand city, whose number was about 1800 people, of which 317 people were selected as the sample size. In data collection, the virtual distribution method of individual questionnaire was used. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was 0.83. The analysis of this study was performed using SPSS software at both descriptive and inferential levels. The results showed that all methods of interaction with the development of human relations of Nahavand employees have a positive and significant relationship
