The Effectiveness of Time Perspective Treatment on the Balance of Students' Performance
In different countries, students' mental health is considered a long-term investment because they are the future makers of the country. And it is the individual differences of the students in the perspective of time that make the difference in the level of their progress in the future. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of time perspective treatment on balanced time perspective of high school students. The statistical population includes all female high school students in Khanmirza. Twenty-four female high school students were selected in the academic year 1399-1400 and were randomly assigned to the experimental and waiting groups. The number of each group was 12 people. The evaluation of the study variables was performed using the time perspective questionnaire. Pre-test, post-test and follow-up test were performed for both experimental and waiting groups. Data were analyzed by SPSS software. The results of analysis of covariance showed that the value of F for the post-test component is equal to (60.13) which is significant at the level of P 0.05. Therefore, it can be inferred that time perspective therapy has been effective on students' balanced time perspective. Counselors and psychologists can use the results of this study to teach time vision in schools and counseling centers and create a more balanced perspective in people.
