Investigating the Relationship between Police Work Ethics and Client Honor in the Savadkoh County Sheriffs
The reverence and respect of people in all religions and cultures has a high place, and in Islam it is emphasized. For a Muslim employee or manager, honoring the client is not regarded as a directive, but as a human and religious duty, and will please God. Be it. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the work ethic of the employees and the honor of the client in the police force of Savadkoh city. The main hypothesis in this study is defined as the following: The components of work ethics are related to the components of client honor. The statistical population of the study is the law enforcement personnel of the city of Savadkoh and the statistical sample is 157 persons. In this study, to collect information and to achieve goals, the standard Gregory, C Petty (1990) work ethic questionnaire and a client-made questionnaire were completed with the approval of professors and experts in law enforcement. Structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used for data analysis. The research results show that between the components of work ethics (interest in work, perseverance at work, human relationships in the workplace, participation in work) and the client respect components (good manners, respectful attitude, fairness, fairness, Empowerment and discernment, order, planning, kindness, and empathy are significant relationships.
