Review of legal vacuums fighting against good smuggling

This research has the title of "Review of legal vacuums fighting against good smuggling" and the main goal of its compilation is identifying legal weaknesses in fighting against the issue of good.
Smuggling  in current laws of Islamic Republic of Iran in this matter. This research will investigate the current laws about this matter therefore process will be in librarian and interviewing the experts. What has been concluded from the combined result of both librarian (document investigation) and interviews, represents there are legal vacuums in current laws of our country in the important matter of good smuggling. Presenting a correct and specified definition of smuggling and its examples to remove abusing of legal vacuums, prediction of organized crime and professional smuggling, classifying punishments by the type of goods, solving legal vacuum in punishments, predicting cases in which smuggling is a financial source for terrorism or it is being spend for disruption in country's security matters, determination of the exact and suitable competency of the courts responsible for the matter , giving competency to organizations that are able to discover the crime about smuggling as a public crime, blocking different ways of abusing transport documentation of it's country of origin, preventing the sale of discovered goods which damage internal productions, paying attention to international aspects in preventing smuggling is a important and necessary factor which doesn't have any place in current laws of our country in this matter and it hasn't been considered. Therefore the most operative solution that can be suggested here is speeding the process of new rules in the matter of fighting against good smuggling and fixed parliament currency price (11/11/1390) which has been silenced in the greater parliament (shorayenegahban).Because in experts idea it can be said that existed legal vacuums can be solved by these rules
