The relationship between psychological empowerment with marital satisfaction and quality of life (Case Study: Police Woman Mazandaran province police chief)
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment with marital satisfaction and quality of life of policewoman was Sari. This study is descriptive and correlational. The study population will constitute Mazandaran province police chief female police personnel, of which 97 people For example, according to the Morgan sampling were selected. Data gathered by standard questionnaire Spreitzer psychological empowerment, Enrich Marriage Satisfaction and the World Health Organization Quality of Life respectively. To analyze the data Pearson correlation and multivariate regression were used. Data analysis was performed using software SPSS. The results showed that no significant relationship between psychological empowerment with marital satisfaction and quality of life there. Among the variables of psychological empowerment as effective feelings, feelings of competence, self-determination feel sense and feel confident significant predictors of marital satisfaction were significant. The predictor variables explained 35% of variance in marital satisfaction. It is also effective to arrange feel, sense of competence, confidence, and sense of self-determination and to feel significant predictors of job performance were significant. The predictor variables explained 17 percent of variance in quality of life. The results of this study indicate that psychological empowerment policewoman with marital satisfaction and quality of life that two important issues of life are associated. Therefore, by increasing and decreasing psychological empowerment marital satisfaction and quality of life will be changed.
