Abstract:

What researchers have tried to deal with the subjectLow sense of belonging among employees often police organizationFollowed by the low performance is in line with the assigned missionsIn this regard, the police command staff as the population of the city of Sari were selected to investigate the causes within the organizationAnd internal factors that affect job satisfaction are studied. The aim of the present study, is applied and the method of collecting data, describing the survey. This research has the effect between two variables, also called correlation. The study population consisted of 484 individuals in Sari city police command staffAnd the desired sample size according to the number of population stratified random sampling based on Cochran formula, is estimated at 214. For data collection, a questionnaire Mjqq organization belonging build inter-organizational factors and standard questionnaire of Allen and Meyer (1980) is. The reliability of the questions using Cronbach's alpha formula for participatory management organization belonging 0.74 and 0.70 were measured and verified, data, descriptive and inferential methods correlation coefficient, regression coefficient, population mean were analyzed, the results show internal factors affect the organization belonging.
