Explaining the effect of organizational competence on employees' job performance with the mediating role of knowledge sharing (Case study: Sina Bank branches in Tehran)
At present, organizations consider their key to success, investing in human resources, and using the competencies of their employees as a key strategy. Because the competencies of the employees are considered as the main drivers of the companies' performance due to their inimitable nature. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational competence on the job performance of employees with deficiencies mediating knowledge sharing and job performance in Sina Bank branches in Tehran. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and survey data collection method. The statistical population of this research consists of 550 employees of Sina Bank in Tehran. A total of 225 of these employees participated in this study by simple random sampling method. A standard questionnaire was used to measure the variables. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The results showed that: organizational competence affects the knowledge sharing of Sina Bank employees. Organizational competence affects the job performance of Sina Bank employees and knowledge sharing affects the job performance of Sina Bank employees and also knowledge sharing plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational competence and job performance of Sina Bank employees.
