The relationship between Big Five personality, organizational commitment and perceived stress among military employments
The study aimed to investigate the relationship between the Big Five personality traits, organizational commitment and perceived stress in police personnel have been implemented. In the context of this study is descriptive. Thus, with regard to the background in the field of research studies the following hypotheses were proposed:1. Between the Big Five personality traits and organizational commitment of employees there is a significant relationship between the police force. 2. Between the Big Five personality and perceived stress in police staff, there was a significant relationship. 3. Between organizational commitment and perceived stress in police staff, there was a significant relationship. Study population the study of all police staff province, is formed. The total sample size of 240 and 200 were males and 40 were females. To implement the questionnaire stage cluster sampling was used. In this study to measure the variables of the NEO Five-Factor Inventory, Inventory Allen and Meyer's organizational commitment and perceived stress questionnaire was used. The statistical methods such as tables, charts, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used statistical methods. In general, it was found that the Big Five personality traits, organizational commitment and perceived stress in police staff, there was a significant relationship.
