Analyzing the relation between external motivation and creativity rate of students in training courses of ansar al-mahdi compound led by police headquarters of bushehr province

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of the relationship between motivation and creativity among students integrated training course Ansar al-Mahdi commander of Bushehr province's police. Type of research is applied and in terms of data collection, correlation, respectively. Data was collected using standard questionnaires Herzberg's motivation questionnaire (1992) and organizational creativity Randsip (1979) was used. Between intrinsic motivation and creativity of learners training complex in Bushehr province police chief Ansar al-Mahdi strong and there is a direct relationship. Between extrinsic motivation and creativity students Ansar al-Mahdi training complex in Bushehr province police chief relationship is significant. Ansar al-Mahdi motivation on creativity of learners' training complex in Bushehr province police chief have a significant impact. Relationship between motivation and creativity of learners male and female, there is no significant difference. Between learners in terms of motivation and creativity in terms of their level of education there is no significant difference.
