The aim of this study was to "discuss strategies to attract contributions from the perspective of the citizens of Bushehr with the police and law enforcement experts to promote social security in the city of Bushehr in 1394," is. The study population included all residents over 15 years, the city, the sample size of 384 and the research method was descriptive-survey. In order to analyze the data both descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as mean, two independent samples t test, Pearson correlation coefficient, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Scheffe post hoc test was used. The results showed that: the evaluation of citizens and law enforcement experts, urban and rural respondents of the strategies of public participation at the level of 5%, a statistically significant difference existed, But the evaluation of participation history and no history of partnership strategies, public participation, there is no statistically significant difference; Between employment status and education level of respondents with the public participation STRATEGIES there are significant differences in the level of 5% But among respondents with income STRATEGIES public participation, there is no statistically significant difference; As well as between social participation disciplinary experts with their assessment of how strategies for public participation, there is no significant relationship.
