Review the role of police in preventing drug trafficking in the city of Bushehr

In Iran, by virtue of paragraph 5 of Article 156 of the constitution and paragraph 8 of Article 4 of the Law Enforcement Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the judiciary and the police as crime-prevention institutions have been given. The importance of addressing the prevention of drug trafficking when it is doubly important to understand that many crimes are associated with this phenomenon. So drugs both in terms of direct impact on social structures and the breakdown of the family and youth moral decadence is a great danger to the country. The aim of the study was to investigate the role of police in preventing drug trafficking in the city of Bushehr. The research method is survey and field. The experimental and control groups consisting of officials and the general public about the role of police in preventing drug trafficking were investigated. The first group (experimental group) is composed of people who have been convicted of drug trafficking sample size for this group is 172 people. The second group is the group of officials and the general public, the sample size for this group is 410 people. police, courts and law enforcement coordination, according to the economic Affairs frontier, the deployment of intelligent border systems by the police in order to prevent smuggling of drugs was mentioned. As well as a number of factors, including high-profit, greed, unemployment, poverty, bad friends, has also influenced the tendency to drug trafficking.
