The impact of organizational innovation on export performance through the mediating role of radical and widespread technical innovation

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational innovation on export performance through the mediating role of radical and widespread technical innovation. This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method. After reviewing the research topic and its related views, a questionnaire was used to collect the data. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees and managers of the Iranian Food Industries Company. The sample size of this study was 213 people. In order to analyze and test the research hypotheses, the structural equation model has been used with the help of LISREL software and SPSS software.. Based on the findings of this study, the results show that organizational innovation affects export performance through the mediating role of the variables of radical technological innovation and widespread technological innovation; organizational innovation affects technical (radical) innovation, Organizational innovation affects technical innovation (widespread), organizational innovation affects export performance, technical innovation (radical) affects export performance, and technical innovation (widespread) affects export performance.
