Organizational citizenship behavior and leadership styles
The leadership of the ability to exert influence or effect on a variety of the group, in order to provide the goal, how to use their power and influence of the leader of the leadership style, say with regard to the type and nature of the theory of various styles and provide leadership and most important of which are the style of light, grammatical, delegating authority, the style of support, the task oriented, success-oriented, spiritual light, a servant at style, transformative style. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB): “a set of voluntary behaviors that are not part of one’s official duties, but nonetheless, he performed the duties and functions of the organization are effective and can improve”. This study was conducted as a “qualitative” way “content analysis” is performed. Citizenship behavior and the content analysis component focuses on the following areas: conscientiousness, altruism, civic virtue, sportsmanship, respects and is reverence. The findings of the study shows that the expression of the relationship between leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership styles, transformational leadership, transactional leadership due to the existence of a close relationship between leadership and subordinates or rationality, dynamic environment and landscape there are clear between them, as well as the rewards of one’s work to be more self-motivate and raise the sense of organizational citizenship behavior is shaped. Among the existing styles, leadership styles unrestrained cargo because of intimacy, partnership, trust, permeability is low, leaders and followers organizational citizenship behavior does not exist
