Organizational citizenship behavior and leadership styles

The findings of the study shows that the expression of the relationship between leadership style and organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership styles, transformational leadership, transactional leadership due to the existence of a close relationship between leadership and subordinates or rationality, dynamic environment and landscape there are clear between them, as well as the rewards of one’s work to be more self-motivate and raise the sense of organizational citizenship behavior is shaped. Among the existing styles, leadership styles unrestrained cargo because of intimacy, partnership, trust, permeability is low, leaders and followers organizational citizenship behavior does not exist
