Diagnosis of Smuggling Based on Valuation of Labor Culture and According to Islamic learninga

In this study the main reasons of smuggling and ineffectiveness of the existing methods of combat against smuggling are identified, while following the instructions set forth by Islam as to the necessity of obtaining Halal (lawful) property, and also naming the year 1388 (corresponding to 2009, Georgian calendar) as Reforming of Consumption Pattern, by the eminent leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Imam Khamenei. The paper also gave some guidelines as to how to encounter smuggling with emphasis on Islamic thoughts.
