The Methodological Barriers to the Development of Human Science

The development of human science is a multigen¬erational and multifactorial question. Therefore, emphasizing on some factors and obstacles does not to deny the importance of other factors. Among many obstacles to the growth of the humanities, we confine ourselves to the analysis of methodological obstacles and examine them in accordance to the development and growth of human science in our contemporary society. The fallacy of problem and question, reductionalism, confusion over what is problem and what seems to be problem, mixing theory with hypothesis mixing the frontiers of science, methodological exclusiv¬ism, and lack of a research model to assess the multigenerational problems are the seven major ob¬stacles to the development and growth of social science. Each of these obstacles is itself the result of other factors and has their own adverse effects. The central issue in this paper is to suggest the methods, which are presented as strategic laws, to pass the above seven obstacles to the progress of knowledge.
