Investigating the effect of the role of technical and vocational education and components of economic capital on the tendency towards modernity (Case study: technical and professional trainees in Gorgan)
Skills training has always worked well, so it is a step towards new industries and modern life. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of technical and vocational education along with the components of economic capital on the tendency towards modernity. The research method was survey, data were collected by field method, the population included technical and vocational trainees in Gorgan, whose number was 401 and the sample includes all members of the community, the research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability It was confirmed. The results showed that there is positive and significant relationship between the amount and type of skills training and the components of economic capital with a tendency towards modernity among technical and professional trainees in Gorgan. In determining modernity. The variables of place of residence, income and assets have a significant effect on the tendency towards modernity, and among these, the variables of assets and then income have a greater effect on the tendency towards modernity. There is also a significant difference between the variables of gender (men), level of education, ethnicity and occupation with the tendency towards modernity. There is also a significant relationship between trainees' assessment of the need for technical and vocational training and their orientation towards modernity. Finally, the results indicate that passing skill training courses, in addition to improving the skills and specialized knowledge of trainees, creates a positive insight and attitude towards life in order to achieve the indicators of modernity among them.
