Abstract:
The study of the relationship between Rumi's views and psychological approaches and theories is far broader than comparative analysis of a story, and the extent of his thinking does not make it possible to analyze the whole work on the scale of a brief analytical work; Therefore, studies conducted in the field of Rumi studies have selectively adapted his views to the new schools of psychology from different perspectives. Accordingly, the present article aims to contribute to the knowledge of the relevant literature by extracting psychological themes, especially from the point of view of George Kelly's theoretical theory and psychoanalysis in the story of "Finding the King to the Camper's House". Results of the present study showed that the female camper's behaviors are well consistent with George Kelly's theory of personal structures. Also, choice freedom and the consequences of this selection, which is based on hedonistic tendencies and without thinking about its consequences, are consistent with the theory of the primary thought process of the psychoanalysis theory.
