Designing a Learning Transfer Facilitation Model with Emphasis on Skills Training in Police Command of Isfahan Province
The aim of this study was to identify methods that facilitate the process of learning transfer with emphasis on skill training in police officers of Isfahan province. The aim is to create ways to learn specialized skills in carrying out organizational missions.
Qualitative research method and case study and its statistical population includes all military training specialists and NAJA commanders in Isfahan province, 16 of whom were selected as a sample based on the purposeful method, which is the criterion for end sampling. Saturation and theoretical adequacy of data. The data collection tool was semi-structured interview method which was used to check the validity of the findings, content method and to check the reliability of the data, the agreement between the coders was used. Three steps of open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used to analyze the data and identify the methods.
The results showed that from the perspective of training experts and NAJA commanders, there are effective methods to facilitate and accelerate the process of transferring skills to the workplace, which include: coaching methods; Peer training; Simulated workplace; Workplace learning; Situational learning; Crime scene reconstruction; Working communities; Educational scenario is experiential learning and independent learning
If enough attention is paid to these methods, we can see the facilitation and acceleration of the application of Payvaran's skills learned in real situations. And it can be said that in the educational structure of NAJA, the transfer of learning should be done in a completely professional manner according to the disciplines and occupations of the police, as a result of which the skills of the police should be focused on the execution of missions.
